At Salt Shift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal-inspired fashion. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
